Thank you for supporting my small, handmade business! Please read my shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Times
All items are made to order. Please allow up to 14 days - depending on the order volumes for that time period- for your order to be processed and created before it ships. Processing times may vary depending on order volume.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been shipped, please allow up to 7 days for delivery depending on your location and the shipping carrier- most are delivered within 1-2 days. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside of our control.
Order Updates & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information (if available). Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delays
As a one-person, handmade business, occasional delays can happen. If there are any significant delays with your order, you will be notified as soon as possible.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
