Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting my small business! Each item is made with care, and I want you to be happy with your order. Please review my policy below:

Returns & Replacements
If there is an issue with your order—such as receiving the wrong item or an incorrect size—I will gladly remake and replace it. To request a replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or there is a physical defect, please reach out within 7 days with photos of the issue. I will make it right by offering a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds
Because all items are made to order, I do not offer refunds on items I make unless there is a confirmed defect or physical issue with the item. As far as customs go- I will not offer any refunds on custom made items. I will however remake the item if there is a defect or something made wrong on my end.

Return Window
All requests for returns, replacements, or refunds must be made within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this timeframe will not be accepted.

Boutique Clothing Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! Boutique clothing items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, and damage

  • Returned with original tags attached (if applicable)

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Embroidered or made-to-order products

  • Clearance or sale items

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How to Start a Request
